Mike’s been in consumer lending 33 years and has spent the last 21 years in the mortgage business working for larger mortgage lenders. In 2013 he met Eduardo Adame and together they started Rock Mortgage with one processor and a dream to build the best mortgage company in Houston. Rock Mortgage is well on their way to becoming the boutique mortgage company that Mike & Ed dreamed of.

Billy Evans is a Sales Manager at Rock Mortgage. As a father and family man Billy understands the importance and want to have a beautiful home to raise and grow a family in. That is why he has made it his mission to help everyone get the best mortgage solution possible to fit their financial needs. Billy is also a former United States Marine, as a Veteran himself and mortgage professional he has combined his knowledge and experience to passionately serve Veterans. When Billy isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their puppy Ollie!

After proudly serving for his country for 4 years with the United States Marine Corps, Orlando Rivera has pursued a career within the mortgage industry and has not looked back. As the Operations Manager for Rock Mortgage, he enjoys the high-pace environment that comes along with the position. In his words “there’s never a dull moment!” Being one of 6 siblings, family is extremely important to him and he tries to spend as much time as possible with loved ones. Outside of work and family, he enjoys lifting weights, running outdoors, and mortorsports.

In addition to being a Rock Mortgage loan officer, Mike has spent over 20 years working in real estate as owner of rental property management company, owner of a construction company, and investor. Being a loan officer on the Rock Mortgage team is fulfilling in many ways, but his favorite parts are helping new homeowners achieve their dream of home ownership and making client relationships that last a lifetime. At home Mike enjoys backyard BBQs with his wife, kids and grandkids, fishing and playing fetch with his French Bulldog.

Christian De Aguinaga is a Loan Processor for Rock Mortgage who grew up in Mexico but has had the opportunity of studying in several countries, France and United States being among them. He is trilingual with a Bachelor’s in Finance who is motivated to expand his knowledge while helping others purchase the home of their dreams. His goal and motivation are being able to assist homebuyers while trying to simplify the whole process and making it as smooth as possible for all clients. Christian is a vivid sports enthusiast, soccer and basketball being his favorites. He enjoys worldwide cuisine and is always looking for new restaurants around the city to try out.
